Did you know there are over 48 million Yoruba speakers across Nigeria and beyond (Wikipedia)? Yet, most online tech education ignores them. As demand for digital skills keeps rising, communities who don’t speak English fluently risk being left behind (IFC, 2019).
That’s where Tech in Yoruba steps in — to create equal access to digital opportunities for Yoruba-speaking people everywhere.
What we do

Many people in our communities miss out on life-changing opportunities simply because they don't understand what technology actually is—or worse, they confuse legitimate tech careers with illegal online activities (Yahoo Yahoo).
